Return & Refund Policy

At Verdant Marketing SA, we sell digital products, including online course materials, PDF guides, digital planners, templates, exports, AI prompt packs, and related digital resources.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned once accessed, downloaded, or used, our refund policy is conditional.

7-Day Conditional Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day conditional refund on eligible digital product purchases.

You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that the digital product has not been accessed, downloaded, used, or materially consumed.

Refund Eligibility

You may qualify for a refund only if:

The digital files have not been downloaded
The course materials have not been accessed or used
The planner assets, exports, templates, or AI Prompt Pack have not been downloaded or used
You have not completed more than one course module
You have not generated a business plan output
You have not submitted a website for the free website evaluation bonus

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if any of the following actions have taken place:

Downloading the Reference Guide PDF
Downloading any planner exports
Downloading or using the AI Prompt Pack
Logging in and completing more than one course module
Generating a business plan output
Submitting a website for the free website evaluation bonus
Using, copying, exporting, or accessing the digital product content in a meaningful way

This policy is required because digital products cannot be “returned” once they have been accessed, downloaded, or used.

How to Request a Refund

Your refund request must include:

Your full name
Your order number
The email address used when placing the order
The product purchased
The reason for your refund request

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.

All refunds are processed in South African Rand (ZAR).

Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Digital Product Access After Refund

If your refund is approved, your access to the digital product, course, planner, downloads, bonus materials, and related resources may be removed or disabled.
